A

IQ over 130 are just as unusual as below 70. But we don’t think of it as bad.
Just because a few people show certain behaviours doesn’t means they require treatment.

Therefore cannot be solely used to diagnose

A

Real life application in diagnosing antisocial personality disorder.

However x = consider that APD causes distress to society and others. To diagnose use failure to function and deviation from social norms together.

A

Social norms vary tremendously from one generation to another and one community to another. One culture may label an individual as abnormal however another may not. Eg. Hearing voices in some cultures is acceptable not in uk tho,
