Deadly physical force
Force, the intended, natural, and probable consequence of which is to produce death, and which does, in fact produce done
Bodily injury
Physical pain, illness, or any impairment of physical or mental condition
Deadly weapon
Firearm, loaded or unloaded
Knife, bludgeon, or any weapon, device, instrument, material, or substance that in the manner it is used for intended to be used is capable of producing death or serious bodily injury
Dwelling
Means a building which is used, intended to be used, or usually used by person for habitation
Serious bodily injury
Bodily injury which, either at the time of the actual injury or at a later time, involves a substantial risk of death, A substantial risk of serious permanent disfigurement, a substantial risk of protracted loss or impairment of the function of any part or organ of the body, or breaks, fractures, or burns of the second or third degree
Sex offense
Sexual assault, except misdemeanor sexual assault in the 3rd°, as set forth in section 18 – 3–404 (2), sex assault on a child as defined in section 18 – 3–405, aggravated incest, and an attempt to commit any of the offenses mentioned in this subsection
After deliberation
Means not only intentionally but also that the decision to commit the crime has been made after the exercise of reflection in judgment concerning the act. And act committed after deliberation is never one which has been committed in a hasty or impulsive manner
