18-2-201.

CONSPIRACY

A

A person commits conspiracy to commit a crime if, with the intent to promote or facilitate it’s commission, he agrees with another person that day, or one or more of them, will engage in conduct which constitutes a crime or an attempt to commit a crime or he agrees to aid the other person or persons in the planning our commission of the crime or the attempt to commit such a crime

And over act in pursuance of that conspiracy has to be proved to have been done by him or by a person with whom he conspired

If a person knows that one with whom he conspires to commit a crime has conspired with another person, he is guilty of conspiring whether or not he knows their identity

CRIMINAL ATTEMPT

A

Acting with the kind of culpability otherwise required for commission of an offense, engages in conduct constituting a substantial step toward the commission of the offense

A substantial step is any conduct, whether act, omission, or possession, which is strongly corroborative of the firmness of the actors purpose to complete the commission of the offense

A person who engages in conduct intending to aid another to commit an offense commits criminal attempt if the conduct would establish his complicity under section 18 –1–603

A

A person is found guilty of criminal solicitation if they command, induce, entreat, or otherwise attempt to persuade another person, or offers their services or another services to a third person to commit a felony weather as principal or accomplice, with intent to promote or facilitate the commission of the crime

MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE

A

I person commits the crime of murder in the 1st° if AFTER DELIBERATION AND WITH INTENT to cause the death of the person other than himself, he causes the death of that person or of another person;

Acting either alone or with one or more persons, here she commits or attempts to commit arson, robbery, burglary, kidnapping, sexual assault, or the crime of the scape and in the course of or in furtherance of the crime that here she is committing are attempting to commit, or of immediate flight therefrom, the death of a person, other than one of the participants is caused by anyone

A

Person who commits murder in the 1st° as defined in 18 – 3–102 and the victim is a peace officer or firefighter engaged in the performance of their duties

ASSAULT IN THE FIRST DEGREE

A

With the INTENT to cause SERIOUS BODILY INJURY to another person, causes serious bodily injury to any person by means of a DEADLY WEAPON; or

With intent to just figure another person seriously and permanently, or to destroy, amputate, or disable permanently a member or organ of his body; or

Under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he knowingly engages in conduct which creates a grave risk of death to another person in there by causes serious bodily injury to any person; or

With intent to cause serious bodily injury upon the person of a peace officer or firefighter, threatens with a deadly weapon of peace officer or firefighter, and the offender knows or reasonably should know the victim is a peace officer or firefighter; or

With intent to cause serious bodily injury upon a person of a judge of a court, threatens with a deadly weapon a judge of a court, and the offender knows or reasonably should know the victim is a judge of the court

ASSAULT IN THE SECOND DEGREE

A

With INTENT to cause BODILY INJURY to another person, causes such injury to any person by means of a deadly weapon; or

With intent to prevent one whom they know, or should know, to be a peace officer or firefighter from performing a lawful duty, he intentionally causes bodily injury to any person; or

Recklessly causes serious bodily injury to another person by means of a deadly weapon, or

Intentionally causes stupor, unconsciousness, or other physical or mental impairment or injury to another person by administering without their consent a drug, substance, or preparation capable of producing the intended harm; or

ASSAULT IN THE THIRD DEGREE

A

Person KNOWINGLY or RECKLESSLY causes bodily injury to another person or with criminal negligence the person causes bodily injury to another person by means of a deadly weapon; or

Person, with the intent to in fact, injured, harm, harass, annoying, threaten or alarm another person who may know to be a peace officer, firefighter, medical care provider causes the other person to come into contact with blood, semen, urine, feces, saliva, mucus, vomit, or hazardous material by any means including throwing, tossing, or expelling the fluid
