Authenticity = Self Awareness x Courage
Focus on being > doing
Knowing where I come from helps where I am and where I’m going.
How different do I act to the ones who know me best compared to the rest?
Courage = bravery, perseverance, honesty, zest
Narcissism = Self-Esteem^2 x Entitlement
Can be converted to an amazing trait - just dilute the self esteem
Live with humility and compassion instead.
Image isn’t everything. It’s not about vanity. Their biggest fear = being ‘found out’
A narcissist rarely asks for advice or takes blame. They feel superior and entitled to special treatment with no care for others
Who do admire? Do they come from a place of serving or deserving?

Integrity = Authenticity x Invisibility x Reliability
“Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.”
Be myself everywhere at all times. This is as essential as breathing. Remove the mask
Integer = whole/complete. Integrity gap = one of the 3 is lacking. Authentic = being real and genuine Invisibility = doing and being who we are with no audience Reliability = Delivering what my words, deeds, and values show.
