Structured Physical Activity
Physical activity that is planned

Physical activity that is not planned
MET
A form of Metabolic Equivalent and is the amount of energy you expend at rest
Low intensity
1-3 METs expended and includes light activities
Moderate Intensity
3-6 METs expended and includes energy expenditure at a comfortable pace
Vigorous Intensity
6+ METs expended and includes an increase in heart and respiratory rates
