One side attacks - punches only - moves backward in a straight line in forward guard stance (No blocking)

One side attacks - punches & kicks - moves backward in a straight line in forward guard stance - contact blocking

One side attacks - punches & kicks - moves backward freely - contact blocking

BLOCK/COUNTER ATTACK
both sides start - hands up stance. One side attacks one punch/kick, partner blocks and counter attacks with 3-5 techniques. Kihup on attack only

both sides start - hands DOWN natural stance. One side attacks one punch/kick, partner blocks and counter attacks with 3-5 techniques. Kihup on attack only
Defence drill 7
BADA CHAGI
start from hands DOWN natural stance, one side attempts to attack - stop with a kick (kihup) and follows up with 3-5 techniques.
