How do traffic circles and roundabouts work?

A

ENTERING a traffic circle:
1) enter the right hand lane if leaving at FIRST exit
2) enter left lane if leaving at SECOND EXIT OR BEYOND
When DRIVING IN A CIRCLE:
The vehicle on the right must yield to the vehicle on the left
When EXITING THE CIRCLE:
Turn on the right signal and use caution
