What should you do if a Veteran requests the original Copy One?
A
Contact your coach or expert technician. Check the record for Copy Two (it MUST contain that copy OR a legible copy of another one of the eight listed). Make a photocopy of original Copy One. Make a note of actions taken in CMRS.
