CPC produce a quarterly ‘basket of goods’ exercise, which shows the changes in cost for standard common building materials and the anticipated TPI moving forward for the next 3 years.

Building Cost Information Service
Service provided by BCIS which gives information on the following;
- Tender Price Index (TPI) - Inflation information on previous quarters and a view on forthcoming quarters.
- Location index - Allows cost information to be increased or decreased in accordance to the cost indices for different areas of the UK.
