What are genodermatoses?
Genetic diseases which carry an increased risk of internal malignancy and skin signs as part of the syndrome

What types of lesions can paraneoplastic syndromes produce?
Papulosquamous e.g. acanthosis nigricans, Sign of Leser-Trelat, extramammary Paget disease, acquired ichthyosis
Erythematous e.g. dermatomyositis, acuet febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, hypertrophic osteoarthropathy and digital clubbing, necrolytic migratory erythema.
Bullous e.g. paraneoplastic pemphigus
Miscellaneous e.g. carcinoid syndrome, granulomatous dermatitis, hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita, cancer itch, Trousseau syndrome
