   - cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen)
   - intrapersonal injections of antimonials
   - local heat therapy (infrared lamp)
   - paromomycin & methylbenzethonium HCL
2. systemic : large extensive disfiguring lesions, recurrence, MCL, DCL, L.aethopica
   - pentavalent anticonvulsant (mainstay for all type of leishmania)
   • sodium stibogluconate
   • meglumine antimonate
