- Cryotherapy
- Electrosurgery
• Electrodessication & curettage
- Surgical excision
• For high risk BCCs
- Moh’s micrographic surgery:
• A microscopically controlled surgery in difficult sites which could have high risk of recurrence.
Squamous cell carcinoma
● For very small SCC at a low risk area (low risk for recurrence):
- Topical chemotherapy
•imiquimod cream

-Surgical excision.
• Excision with primary closure, skin flaps, or grafting.
●For large SCC & for SCC at high risk areas for recurrence:
- Moh’s micrographic surgery Radiotherapy
-If surgery is not feasible in metastatic cases.
Melanoma
For early melanoma:
- Surgery
- Wide local excision.
For advanced melanoma:
- Chemotherapy
