an integrated CRM platform that unites marketing, sales, commerce, service, and IT teams with a single shared customer view.
Salesforce Optimizer App
tool that takes a snapshot of a Salesforce org and looks for potential problems in the implementation. It will establish current state AND identify room for improvement.
Lighting Usage App
helps with understanding if users tend to switch back to classic.
Security Health Check: helps ID the group, the setting, and you can click to make changes. Ranks things by priority (ie. Critical, warning)
Review Org Health
A session (exclusive to premier and signature success plan customers) where you’ll learn how to check your system’s overall health and get recommendations on how to improve it.
Personas
fictionalized characters in which primarily demographic characteristics are represented.
Storyboarding
A storyboard is a visual representation of your demo story. The goal of storyboarding is to transform your story idea into a screen-by-screen, click-by-click presentation. You don’t use it as an end design for your customer. Instead, you and your teams use it as a template to begin creating your demo.

Center of Excellence
helps you with governance. A COE is a best practice to set up for your company. Benefits include: prioritize across teams, streamline processes, plan for growth, reduce risk.
Configuration audit
not required, but are prescriptive. You can look at permission sets and sharing settings in the org. You can also look at Apex triggers to see how much Apex code you’re using versus your allowed amount.
RACI chart
responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. It’s a matrix that delineates who is responsible for what in the context of the business analysis effort.
