Components of information processing theory
- Stimuli går igenom “sensory register” filtrerar bort och har endast kvar den viktiga informationen
- Informationen går sedan vidare in i “working memory” - gör att vi blir medveten om stimuli. → Rehearsing och Recording info. 3. Lagrar sedan information i long term storage- om vi sedan ska ta fram informationen igen så gör vi en recall via working memory.
Metacognition:
Att vara medveten om ens tankar och kunna fatta rätt beslut. relaterat till excutive functions. Utvecklas senare i livet, börjar redan vid ung ålder men utvecklas över tid.
