What is a CT Scan?
A
Computerized Tomography (CT Scan) or Computerized Axial Tomography (CAT).
Combines a series of x-ray images taken from different angles around the body.
Computer processing creates cross sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside the body.
