Olfactory. Smell

Optic. Vision
CN 3
Oculomotor. Innervates 4/6 eye muscles. Superior rectus (up), inferior rectus (down), medial rectus (in), and inferior oblique (elevate and abduct)
CN 4
Trochlear. Innervates superior oblique eye mm ( depression and intorsion)
CN 5
Trigeminal. Sensation of the face (pain, temperature, vibration for face, mouth, nasal sinuses, and meninges). Muscle of mastication: temporalis and masseter
CN 6
Abducens. Lateral rectus mm. Abducts the eye
CN 7
Fascial. Muscles of facial expression. Sensation of anterior 2/3 tongue. Salivation and lacrimation.
CN 8
Vestibulochochlear. hearing and vestibular sensation
CN 9
Glossopharyngeal. Taste of posterior 1/3 of tongue. Salivation. sensation of soft palate and pharyx
CN 10
Vagus. Parasympathetic to lungs, heart, and digestion. Laryngeal (speech) and phargyngeal (swallow). Taste from epiglottis and pharynx. Aortic arch reflexes
CN 11
Accessory spinal nerve. SCM and upper trap
CN 12
Hyopglassal. Tongue movement
CNs for eye movement
CN3 oculomotor (4/6) CN4 trochlear (superior oblique), and CN6 abducens (lateral rectus)
CNs for taste
CN 7 facial (anterior 2/3), CN 9 Glossopharyngeal (posterior 1/3), and CN 10 Vagus epiglottis and pharynx
