Trigeminal nerve (ophthalmic and maxillary divisions).

Sphincter pupillae (pupil constriction) and the ciliary muscle (accommodation).
Where do CN III, IV and VI enter the orbit?
All 3 nerves enter through the superior orbital fissure.
Which cranial nerves are involved in the corneal reflex?
Trigeminal nerve- sensory afferent, ophthalmic division; facial nerve efferent- orbicularis oculi.
Which large gland is innervated by the glossopharyngeal nerve?
Parotid gland (via the lesser petrosal nerve).
What CN are involved in the gag reflex?
Afferent glossopharyngeal nerve, efferent vagus nerve.
What is the medical term that describes the abnormal eye movements?
Nystagmus.
