- SSA = taste from epiglottis and pharynx
- GVE = innervation of smooth muscle and glands in pharynx, larynx, thoracic viscera
- SVE = innervation of palatoglossus (Tongue muscle), soft palate muscles (except tensor veli palatini), pharynx muscles (except stylopharngeus)
