Incidents involving abuse/neglect by a licensed facility must be made to CCL by the CPH or to out of home management division for group homes FFA or ASFA for relative caregivers and to law-enforcement. Hospital, Detention facilities, relative and NREFM are not licensed by CCL. Therefore DCFS does not have to cross report
