- 4 Facilitate full access and equality. Support full interaction and independence

- 2 Work with team/pre-assignment control. Monitor accuracy of team
- 3 If problem, try to resolve between u2 first, then if persists, file grievance
- 4 Encourage colleagues, share info, serve as mentor if possible
- 5 Obtain consent of colleague before bringing intern

- 3 Promote conducive conditions. If non existent, find remedy
