1. prepare 1cm of each trypsin concentration (100% to 0%).
2. set colorimeter absorbance to zero.
3. add 1cm milk suspension to 1cm of each concentration of enzyme.
4. place into colorimeter and record absorbance against time, checking absorbance every 15 seconds until no further change occurs.
