A
  1. Acute or chronic?
    - Acute = infection, aspiration, CHF
    - Chronic = asthma, COPD, Interstitial lung disease
  2. Productive?
    - Dry = drug induced/allergies/asthma/ILD
    - Purulent sputum = bronchitis/pneumonia
