What are the branches of the ascending aorta?
Right and left coronaries
origin of the right coronary
origin of left
anterior aortic sinus of ascending aorta
posterior aortic sinus of ascending aorta larger than right and major supply of heart
the companioin vein of posterior inteventricular artery ?
middle cardiac vein !
Describe the right coronary artery
aris from the anterior aortic sinus of ascending aorta
passes between the pulmonart trunk and right auricle giving the SAN BRANCH 65% AND The right conus artery to the infidunlum of the right ventricle the conus arteriosus and giver ventricular and atrial branches and gives the right marginal artery which runs in the inferior border of the heart to the apex
and then turns round and contiuines in the posterior side giving atrical and ventricular branches and the posterior interventricular artery and ends by anastomsing with circmflex of the left coronary
the posterior interventricular supplies the
1-AVN 80%
2-BOTH VENTRICULAR SIDES
3-THE POST 1/3 OF THE INTERVENTRICULAR SEPTUM
IT IS FRIEND OF THE MIDDLE CARDIAC VEIN
the posterior interventricular supplies the
1-AVN 80%
2-BOTH VENTRICULAR SIDES
3-THE POST 1/3 OF THE INTERVENTRICULAR SEPTUM
IT IS FRIEND OF THE MIDDLE CARDIAC VEIN
RT CORONARY passes between the pulmonart trunk and right auricle giving BRANCHES?
the SAN BRANCH 65% AND The right conus artery to the infidunlum of the right ventricle the conus arteriosus and giver ventricular and atrial branches
RT CORONARY in the inferior border GIVES ?
gives the right marginal artery which runs in the inferior border of the heart to the apex
RT CORONARY turns round and contiuines in the posterior side giving ?
and then turns round and contiuines in the posterior side giving atrical and ventricular branches and the posterior interventricular artery and ends by anastomsing with circmflex of the left coronary
the posterior interventricular supplies the
1-AVN 80%
2-BOTH VENTRICULAR SIDES
3-THE POST 1/3 OF THE INTERVENTRICULAR SEPTUM
IT IS FRIEND OF THE MIDDLE CARDIAC VEIN
Describe the left coronary artery
it arises from the posterior aortic sinus of the ascending aorta passes behind the pulmonart trunk and then behind it and the left auricle giving the 2 branches
1-the anterior interventricular branch LAD 2- Circumflex artery
the anteriro intervenriuclar artery contiue desinding giving the left conus artery to the infindubulum and atrial and ventrcular branches and supplies the ant 2/3 interventricular septum end by anastomising with posterior interventricular septum
it supplies the apex of the heart!
ENDS by anastomisis with posteriro interventicular
the circumflex artery gives many branches like
the left marginal artery which supply left ventricle
the SAN IN 35%
THE AVN IN 20%
atrial and ventricular
end by anstomsing with the righr coronary artery
the circumflex artery gives many branches like
the left marginal artery which supply left ventricle
the SAN IN 35%
THE AVN IN 20%
atrial and ventricular
end by anstomsing with the righr coronary artery
Coronaries importance for the pulmnart trunk and ascending aorta?
they give vasa vasorum
the right and left bundle branches are supplied by >?
the right bundle branch by the left coronary
the left bundle branch by the right and left coronary
the companion vein of LAD ?
The great cardiac vein
the collateral are ?
Anatomical not physiological especially in cases of the large branch occlusion there is no compenstaion leading to MI !
VENOUS DRAINAGE OF THE HEART ?
the coronary sinus
the anterior cardiac vein
vena cordis minmi
comparison of RCA AND LCA
RCA :معتدي Right atrium and part of left atrium. Most of right ventricle. Part of diaphragmatic surface of left ventricle. Posterior 1/3 of interventricular septum SA node in 65% of cases AV node in 80% of cases AV bundle
LCA: Most of left atrium. Most of Left ventricle. Part of anterior surface of right ventricle. Anterior 2/3 of interventricular septum SA node in 35% of cases AV node in 20% of cases Right and left bundle branches
DESCRIBE CORONARY SINUS
FOUND between the left atrium and left ventricle wide venous channels 3cm from left to the right and open into RA just to the left of the IVC opening
and its open is guarded by a small valve
Great cardiac vein describe ?
it is the companion of the LAD and it end in the left of coronary sinus
Descrbie the middle cardiac vein
?
it is the companion of posterior interventricular artery and ends in the coronary sinus
The small cardiac vein describe ?
it passes in the right posterior interventricular groove companino of RCA and ends at right end of coronary sinus and this may receive the Right marginal veins , which may open directly into the right atrium
Posterior vein of left venrticle ?
Ascends in the diaphramtic surface of heart to mid of the coronary sinus
The oblique vein of left atrium
descends on the back of left atrium to reach the coronary sinus
tributarie of coronary sinus ?
the great middle small cardiac vein 3
the posterior vein of left ventricle
the oblique vein of left atrium
anteriro cardiac veins describe ?
2-5 veins asneds on the right ventricle to open dieectly on the right artium
Vena cordi minimi describe?
they are small miute veins in the myocardium of the heart opeining directly on the chambers ! espcially
Right artrum and ventricle
the lymphatic drainage of heart?
the subendocardial and myocardial drains into subepicardial giving effernts forming trunks
Right to the brachiocephalic LN
Left to the inferiortracheobrhoical LNO
