Define Altruism
Having the patient’s/client’s best interest.
Define Accountability
Being responsibility for your own professional actions.
Define Collaboration
Working together to achieve shared goals.
Define Compassion and Caring
Compassion is the desire to identify with.
Caring is the concern, empathy, and consideration of one’s needs and values
Define Duty
Commitment to meet one’s obligations
Define Excellence
Consistent use of current knowledge and skills while understanding personal limits.
Define Inclusion
To create a welcoming and equitable environment for all.
Define Integrity
Fairness. Adherence to high ethical principles or standards.
Define Social Responsibility
The promotion of a mutual trust between a profession and the larger public.
