A

Mild or infrequent symptoms but with a high risk of exacerbation
Regular LAMA. Decreases exacerbations but not death.
Include SABA for acute symptomatic relief

A

Moderate to severe symptoms and high risk of exacerbations
Regular bronchodilator
Initial: LAMA
Severe: LAMA and LABA combination
SABA for acute symptoms
ICS for pts with frequent COPD exacerbations
