Q

What would be your top four key points when advising a team leader on the metrics on their VMB?

A

It should contain performance measure, continuous improvements, plan check do act (PCDA) and additional section for management information reporting. The customer value proposition should be placed on the VMB as a focal point as it assists with our strategic priorities.
The VMB needs to be visible and owned by the team. It should be used for positive motivation.
