What does the diaphragm do?
Cover the cervix and are held in place by vaginal muscles. They are also used the spermicide

What is a intrauterine device/coil?
A small T shaped plastic and copper device inserted through the cervix and into the uterus by a doctor/nurse
What is the function of the coil?
It changes the lining of uterus and oviduct affecting the movement of eggs and sperm preventing fertilisation

99% effective
What is the two different types of sterilisation?
Vastectorny or tubal ligation
What is the combined pill?
A pill containing a combo of synthetic progesterone and oestrogen
