Explain how you undertook the quality and progress inspections.
Site inspections at two-week intervals which I aimed to align with key points of progress or stages of work such as setting site out, groundworks, fence & goals set out, macadam laid etc.

I measured the estimated completion of a works package or element as a percentage against the programme.

Explain how you prepared the valuations and certified payment to the contractor.
I estimated the percentage completion of priced items/packages, adding the total minus previous valuations. I then issued a certificate of payment to the contractor and copied it to the client.
How did you determine when PC had been achieved?
The works had been completed as per the contract, and the court was in a condition that allowed full use by the client, free from any known defects. H&S file/documentation had been handed over.
