A

Migraines, VTE, HTN, smoke >15d and older than 35y, pregnancy, BMI >40, current breast or endometrial cancer, liver disease, DM with vascular complications

A

Repeat smear in 6m. Reassure women - cells slightly changes but will probably go back to normal on their own.

What steps are involved in ToP?

A
  1. counsel patient + discuss which method to use
  2. Give prophylactic Abx - metronidazole & doxycycline on day of ToP + continue doxy for 7d
  3. Perform medical/surgical procedure
  4. If Rh -ve mother give Anti-D, pain control
  5. Future contraception
