What is Content Analysis?
A
Non-experimental technique, it is a specific type of observation. However, it is not directly observed, instead we observe and analyse the content of things produced by people like TV shows, magazines etc.

Key features of Content Analysis
A
The sample is not a group of people but rather artefacts that are to be analysed and it has to be representative.
Researchers have to create a behavioural category that breaks down the information into categories.
Then the researcher will look at the data collected and draw conclusions.
