A
  1. If a client is at high risk for immanently causing harm to self or others

    - for a 16 or 17 yr old in Ontario you have an optional reporting possibility
  3. if the client says they we’re sexually abused by a healthcare professional - need to make a report to the relevant college
  4. if you have capacity (around 12) you can consent to a psychological service yourself and be in charge of your info (unless if in need for protection)
  5. Healthcare records are subject to court orders, elements of the file can be part of a court proceeding
