A
A person who identifies a need or desire, makes a purchase and/or disposes of the product. They are “actors” on the marketplace stage.

A
The processes involved when individuals or groups select, purchase, use of dispose of products, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy needs. It involves many different actors, including within the field of marketing but also social sciences in general.
