BAD DUE TO potiential election rigging which some argue VOTER IDS FAVOURIJG TORIES (Conservatives currently trying to pass in 2022 forcing voters to have photo ids at polling stations which many believe will decrease the number of voters for the opposition as many believe Labour voters are less likely to have suitable ID as voter fraud is very rare but Boris believes this will help protect democracy)

Q

Experts

A

expert H. McD. Cloike backs up my argument by saying (when talking about the Canadian Constitution) “An alternation in the formal procedure of giving effect to constitutional amendments, I.e. an amendment of the amending process, appears to require unanimous approval of the provinces”

David Allen Green

“And, until effective checks and balances are returned to the British constitution, the standard of policymaking will deteriorate”

Nigel Morris

“ It could help citizens clarify their rights and protect themselves against the state” Why U.K. needs written (codified constitution)

A

Codified

Allows two six year terms as a limit but Putin managed to abuse this and add two more terms to his term keeping him in power till 2036 after winning a referendum (likely corrupt).
