What do Human Rights and Freedoms include?
Respect all people.
Don’t embarrass people or try to make them feel bad.
Allow people to give their own opinions.
Don’t take advantage of people.
Respect the thoughts, actions and poverty of others.
Don’t make people do anything they don’t want to.
What does Human dignity include?
Understand and respect people who are different.
Think how your actions effect others.
Don’t judge others for mistakes, be patient for them to correct their mistakes.

What does non-racism include?
Don’t stereotype.
Give all people the same opportunities.
Don’t favour one race.
What does non-sexism include?
Don’t stereotype.

What must you do to apply constitutional values to your life?
Obey the laws of the country and don’t ignore illegal behaviour by someone else.
Be responsible and cooperative when dealing with people who are employed to ensure that laws are followed.
Not violate the human rights of others and not steal or damage property.
What are ways in which you can use democracy in your life?
Taking an interest in what the government is doing.
Finding information about the issues your community faces.
Working hard to ensure you get a good education.
