Resolve conflicting loyalties before acting upon differences in priorities; consult your chain of command
What is Resolve, Remove, or Resign?
Resolve yourself to Principle I or remove yourself from the situation or resign your commission

If Principles I, II, and III cannot be applied, disobedience is authorized;
What are the four basic criteria of Lawful Orders?
Within the authority of the issuing officer; presumption of legality; related to military duty, morale, or discipline; the executing member must have knowledge of it (must be understandable and specific)
