A dissagreement between two or more indiviuals. It is almost inevitable that conflict would exist

Strategies to Deal with Conflict
A
1) Avoidance - manager may opt out to allow employees to resolve on their own
2) Smoothing - manager seeks to emphasize areas of agreement and downplay areas of disagreement
3) Compromise - each party gives up something
4) Collaboration - seeks too meet the needs and satisfy areas of concern
5) Confrontation - conflicting parties meet face to face and are forced to state or verbalize disagreements
