Workflow?
Represents a business process. It defines how a document flows through the system by showing who must complete a task, make a decision, or approve document

Unit of work that must be performed by a user. Eg:
- Review the receipts that are submitted together with an expense report
- Call an employee’s manager
Automated task?
Unit of work that must be performed by a system

Approve the document
Reject the document
Request a change to the document
Assign the document to another user for approval
