Legal entity?
Organization that has registered or legislated legal structure. Must be associated with Company ID
Company ID?
Limited to 4 alphanumeric characters, once created cant be changed.

Cost center?

Business unit?
A semi-autonomous operating unit that is created to meet strategic business objectives. It is used for financial reporting that is based on industries or product lines that the organization serves independently of legal entities.
Value stream?
Controls one or more production flows. Used in lean manufacturing to control the activities and flows that are required.
Department?
Represents a category or functional part of an organization that performs a specific task, such as sales or accounting.
Retail channel?
Represents a brick and mortar store, an online store, or an online marketplace.
Branch?
Branch location, outside of main location of the business.
Rental location?
A rental location of the business.
