- The client has a right to know what will be kept confidential and under what circumstances confidentiality may be broken

A
- When there are reasonable grounds to suspect a child is in need of protection
- When the client is in danger of self-harm
- When the client is planning on harming someone else
- Psychological reports and records can be subpoenaed and a psychologist can be required to testify
