Disaster Risk Reduction
It is the highest policy making, coordinating and supervising body at the national level for disaster management of the country.

POST-EVENT
Measures undertaken immediately following an emergency. Such measures are directed towards saving life, protecting property, and dealing with immediate damage.
Response
POST-EVENT
Includes measures undertaken to restore affected communities or areas to their proper or normal level of functioning or development.
Rehabilitation
It is also known as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010, an act which strengthens the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction Management to provide for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Framework.
