What does cardiorespiratory capacity refer to?
Ability of the body to take in oxygen, deliver it to the cells, & use it to create energy.
What does muscular capacity refer to?
The spectrum of muscular capability: endurance, strength, power.
What does flexibility refer to?
The range, or amount of movement that a joint is capable of performing.
What does body composition refer to?
The proportion of fat free mass - fat mass.
Balance
The ability to maintain a specific position in either stationary, or dynamic (moving) position.
Coordination
The ability to use all body parts together to produce a smooth fluid motion.
Agility
The ability to quickly change direction.
Reaction time
The time it takes to react to something.
Speed
Ability to move quickly

The ability to concentrate during exercise & relax and enjoy the psychological benefits of exercise.

Ability to interact well with people and the environment and have satisfying personal relationships
