1. Flight Deck Safety Check (read and do) 2. Safety equipment - start with Oxy bottle. 3. PA test
FLIGHT DECK PREP
1. ATIS 2. QQPERF ~> TOLD CARD - Spec. Procedure. 3. Cockpit Scans 4. FMS
TWO PILOTS TOGETHER
1. FMS FPLN Check 2. COST INDEX 20 enter 3. Clearance / SID / RWY enter 4. BRIEF - C TWO T 5. Instrument Check 6. Check List
Engine Start
1. FO scan - remember 4/6 fuel pumps + window heat 2.Time engine start 3. Time engine warmup
After Start
1. After start check list 2. Dispatch clearance received 3. ATIS recheck 4. CTAF call 5. AREA call 6. FLIGHT-WATCH call (if required)
TAXI PROCEDURES
1. Control lock off - scans 2. Weather radar check 3. Departure review 4. Cabin secure call - turn card 4. Before Take off Check
Take Off
1. Cleared for take off - start clock 2. Aileron into wind - control column forward 3. Gear up - taxi light off
Climb
1. 3000 ft - APU off 2. Release cabin crew - turn cabin secure card 3. 5000 ft - lights off in CTA ………………………………………………….. 4. 10,000 ft - SET STD 1013 passing ………. 5. lights off in CTA 6. After Take Off Check 7. Pressurization - check 6. PROG (clear remotes - check optimum, max, cruise) 7. NAV log - complete 8. MODE (ETA , fuel on board) 9. call company 8. FSB off
Cruise
1. Check altitude 3 times ON STD 2. TCAS below 3. NAV LOG - RVSM check - fuel check - TOPD wind in FMS 4. FLIGHT LOG - Times / TREND 5. PA 6. 80 nm to TOPD - ATIS, FMS, NAVCOM, CARD 7. Brief - C TWO T 8. Call company
DESCENT
1. 15,000 ft - seat belt sign on 2. FL 110 - SET QNH ….. passing …… 3. Lights on OCTA 4. Descent/Approach check 5. Cabin secure - turn card 6. 5000 ft - CHECK QNH ….. / lights on CTA
APPROACH
1. by IAF / or GS alive - Green Dot - 8 - APU ON 2. Approaching descent point (2nm) / or 1 Dot low - Gear Down - taxi LT on - APU START 3. Flap 25 - before landing cx - established-inbound call 4. Flap 42 - before FAF
LANDING
1. Aileron into wind 2. Call 60 knots 3. Control lock on 4. No configuration change until after turn or off runway 5. Call ground - strobes/lights - after landing scan
PARKING
1. Fuel pumps off 2. Window Heat off 3. Transponder 4. Write down fuel burns / remaining 5. Parking scan - checklist 6. Flight Record - complete
