why we win:

low touch- just wait on hold for the next available operator-

question: typically when i hear someone is with ADP they have to wait for ages on hold to get any sort of support because they dont have dedicated payroll person, how important is customer service to you

HR Component is VERY basic ESS only (leave, timesheets, payslips) - No paperless onboarding, engagement, policies, certificate tracking, almost EVERYTHING
