1) make a research of the person involved in the decision-making
2) map what is important for them to succeed
3) prepare investment history (know where they spend the €)
4) evaluate their products/services
5) do the same in the customers pov
6) Analyse factors like: sales force, Pricing, Advertising, Financial Position
Difference between secondary and primary data
Secondary: available to everyone (financial reports, magazines, news)
Primary data: only available for us, data collected by the company
