To send appropriate emergency medical responder units and ambulances to medical emergencies and maintain ambulance status at BOEC Dispatch.
What prefix should contract ambulance vehicles use when communicating with BOEC Dispatch?

When contacting a hospital for On-Line Medical Control (OLMC), what information must EMS providers relay?
Unit number, contact person’s certification, location, purpose of the call, patient age and sex, chief complaint, history, vital signs, physical findings, treatments, destination hospital, and ETA.
Under what conditions should MRH be contacted instead of a Receiving Hospital?
When the patient destination is in Multnomah or Clackamas County (excluding Meridian Park Hospital).
What must EMS providers do if MRH physicians are unavailable for OLMC contact?
Contact the Receiving Hospital instead.
What specific information is required when contacting the Trauma Communications Center (TCC)?
Unit details, incident location, patient count, age and sex, trauma entry criteria, trauma band numbers, vital signs, ETA, transport mode, and destination.
What is considered acknowledgment of a radio message by BOEC?
