Analysis of interactions involves scrutiny of behaviour

  1. non verbal behaviour:
    body contact, orientation, gesture, nodding, facial expression, eye movement, appearance
  2. non verbal aspects of speech
    pattern of pauses, stress and pitch, intonation flow, role analysis, contact analysis
  3. transition analysis
    parent, child, adult
