Slows down decision making as time can be lost in trying to contact the people.
Correspondence received can be ignored

What is a report
A report is a written account of the outcome of an examination of analysis of a particular topic- similar to a letter

Explain internal communication
Is any form of communication that allows people within an organisation to communicate with each other
Give the three stages or types of internal communication and explain
A downward flow of information. ie. Board of directors- General employees
An upward flow of information. ie. General employees - Board of management
A lateral flow of information ie. General employees- General employees. Sharing information on the same level
Explain external communication
Any form of communication that allows powple in one organisation to communicate with people outside of that organisation
