Is a disorder of the pilosebacous units with a strong genetic corelation
What is Rosacea
A red flushing on the face that can be attributed to either a red vascular reactivity with flushing or an inflammatory process that produces pastules and papules
What are scabies rash characteristics
- Intensely itchy rash often beginning on hands, interdigital spaces and feet in which rash is worse at night and will then spread throughout body as generalised hypersensitivity reaction

What is seborrhoeic dermatitis

Inflammatory skin reaction to colonisation of the skin yeast pityrosporum
Periorifical dermatitis is?
○ Discrete/grouped erythemmatous, papules, vesicles and pustules
○ Peri-orbital,nasal oral
○ Clear zone at vermillion border (Just above lips)
What is Lichen Planus?
- The 4 Ps ○ Pruritic ○ Polygonal ○ Purplish ○ Papules
What is Pitriasis Rosea?
○ Common papulosquamous eruption
○ Begins with an initial lesion and then is followed by a truncal reaction 3-4 days later
§ Known as a Herald Patch
What is Malaesezzia furfur and Pityriasis versicolor
- Commensal fungi on skin
- Can cause hypopigmentation
What are the two organisms that can cause hypopigmentation

What is vitiligo

What are the features of SLE
- Itchy rash on face and hands
- Flares with sun exposure and in patterns of sun exposure
- Often other systemic features such as Joint pain, loin pain
Characteristics of Urticaria/Hives
- Due to histamine release
- Typically IgE medicated in allergy
- Raised lesions
- Can be associated with oedema
