Explain Rule 8 F (i-iii)
A
Rule 8 talks about Impeding Passage / Safe Passage.
Take for example PDV vs CBD.
Rule 8 (Pt i) States the PDV should take early action. To allow sufficient sea room for the safe passing. (Pt ii) Sates states the PDV shall have full regard to rules 4-19 when taking action. i.e. Be aware the CBD may slow down. (Pt iii) States if the PDV does nothing the CBD should take action
