A
- Normal mucosa: undergoes hyperproliferation and DNA methylation
- Adenoma forms: then has oncogene mutations
- Severe Dysplasia results from oncogene mutations: allelic deletions and aneuploidy then occurs
- Adenocarcinoma forms
